Delivery & returns
All our advertised prices include a FREE home delivery to any UK mainland address. If you are located outside of mainland UK, a nominal charge of £50 will be added to your order.
Delivery is normally within 4/5 working days from when we receive your order — unless otherwise stated. Clocks are usually sent by courier direct from the manufacturer. If you have any "special instructions" please make these known to us at the time of the order and we will do our best to adhere to them.
If there is likely to be a delay in the normal delivery time, we will contact you and advise you. This can sometimes be the case with some of the larger clocks. If the delivery date is of importance, then contact us in the first instance and we can ascertain the "stock position" of the clock and advise you accordingly. Equally, if the clock needs to arrive "disguised" let us know at the time of order and we will make every effort to ensure your wishes are met.
Best efforts are made to ensure that all the clocks we sell are packaged safe and securely to minimise the chances of them being damaged in transit. Please ensure that you retain all the packing for 14 days after receiving the item(s).
In the unlikely event of a clock arriving damaged please contact us in the first instance. Arrangements will then be made to have the damaged clock returned and a replacement sent at the earliest opportunity.
All customers are entitled to withdraw from their contract if the item has not been despatched, unless customers have ordered a bespoke clock or a clock made-to-order, in which cost a charge may be made as a proportion of the total cost.
Customers may also cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods and will be entitled to a full refund but will be liable for the cost of returning the item(s).
If any item is being returned, it is essential that contact is made with the company prior to the goods being returned so that instructions can be given on packing and carriage. The item(s) must be returned using all the original packing. Failure to do so may result in the item(s) being damaged in transit.
The company will reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement if the goods are diminished in value as a consequence of the customers mishandling.
