Delivery & returns
All our advertised prices include a FREE home delivery to any UK mainland address. If you are located outside of mainland UK, a nominal charge of £50 will be added to your order.
Delivery is normally within 4/5 working days from when we receive your order — unless otherwise stated. Clocks are usually sent by courier direct from the manufacturer. If you have any "special instructions" please make these known to us at the time of the order and we will do our best to adhere to them.
If there is likely to be a delay in the normal delivery time, we will contact you and advise you. This can sometimes be the case with some of the larger clocks. If the delivery date is of importance, then contact us in the first instance and we can ascertain the "stock position" of the clock and advise you accordingly. Equally, if the clock needs to arrive "disguised" let us know at the time of order and we will make every effort to ensure your wishes are met.
Best efforts are made to ensure that all the clocks we sell are packaged safe and securely to minimise the chances of them being damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event of a clock arriving damaged please contact us in the first instance. Arrangements will then be made to have the damaged clock returned and a replacement sent at the earliest opportunity.
We regret that we cannot refund the cost of clocks you have ordered in error, are not liked, or you have changed your mind. We may be able to organise an exchange (with the same manufacturer) but you will be liable for additional carriage costs.
