Cuckoo clock with Edelweiss flowers and bird

This Cuckoo clock shows a "twist" on the traditional bird and leaf decoration with carved Edelweiss flowers spread over the front of the clock. The roof piece has one central large bird  perched on a branch between delicate hand carved leaves. Centrally located under the dial is a little nest with two chicks. The case is finished in antique Walnut. 8 day rack-strike movement with a cuckoo call on the half and full hour.
