This is a truly unique Cuckoo clock with World Wide novelty value. It's known as the "Tweeting singing bird". This clock combines a traditional cuckoo Clock with that of a caged singing bird clock (circa 1730). After the Cuckoo has called the feathered bird sings. The case displays very fine and detailed hand carving, and the roof is constructed with hand laid spliced shingle tiles. Truly a collectors piece, wooden dial, hands and Cuckoo. 8 day rack-strike movement with a cuckoo call on the half and full hour.
